SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING/DELIVERY TERMS AND PROCESSES
• All orders placed before 12noon are processed and dispatched same day
for delivery. Orders placed after 12noon will be received the next day, in the
case we can deliver same day, you will be contacted.
• All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday may be sent
from our warehouse on Monday or on the next business day.
• We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible.
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER?/ TRACKING ORDER

PAYMENT OPTIONS

RETURN POLICY
Owing to the nature of the items sold on this site goods sold are not returnable except
Bathrobes, Pyjamas and Bedsheets.
You can return any of these (Bathrobes, Pyjamas, Bedsheets) for replacement under
the following conditions
1. All freight charges involved in the process will be borne by you
2. The packaging must be in its original form with no seal or tag broken or destroyed
3. The garment should be in its original spotless, stainless, clean form
4. We have to be informed of your intention to return for replacement within 24 hrs of
you receiving the item
5. The item has to get to us within 48 hrs of your invoice date for Ghana customers and
14 days for any other country
6. Returned items will be replaced only with available items as at the time of return
7. Return must come along with your original receipts/invoice
8. Any topup of payment must be received and freight also fully paid before replacement
item is dispatched.
